This type of building is usually silent because it is so exquisite.
At most they allow plants to grow, better if they are made of plastic. When they no longer look good, they are thrown away and replaced by others that do not stain.
But buildings are very sociable, they like to socialise, to talk. This one is very happy, it has grown two teeth! which are an aid to vocalisation in the conversation that it is initiating.
Quietly.
Don’t make the person who designed the building feel unwell.
