There seems to be class in everything.
Clothes inside and clothes outside. How comfortable it must be inside!
But I think it might be more a question of comfort.
It’s more comfortable to hang small clothes up on the inside clothesline, because they hangs less and leaves more space underneath to do things without tripping over them with your head.
That’s why the bigger clothes go outside. To not disturb
