The river where clothes are washed, the grass on which they gets to clarer, the clothesline where they dry.

And the cherry tree accompanies the cleaning cycle with its annual cycle, colouring the clothes and the one who washes them.

But, you never wash the same clothes in the same river in sight of the same cherry tree.
